How many people were old enough to vote in Valley County during 2021?

Of the 11,476 citizens living in Valley County in 2021, 83.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 9,543 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 4,825 were male, constituting 50.6%, and 4,718 were female, making up 49.4%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Valley County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 74.7%.
