Former Weiser High School athlete Josh Mizar and the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks were defeated 76-61 by the Point Loma Sea Lions on Friday, March 13, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The contest, held at Pioneer Gymnasium at 12 p.m., marked the teams’ opening encounter against each other in this tournament.
