The time around the Winter Solstice when the axis of the earth pauses, shifts and moves in the opposite direction can provide a powerful energy of stillness and reflection.

For as the earth does it’s thing, it’s gently reminding us to do the same. (-; For if we are willing to wait in the shadow, the beautiful darkness of our being. Feeling it all as the light returns, deep wisdom and transformation is available to all.

Group intention and the co-creative energies of all who attend deeply impact these sessions. It’s a collective experience and I am so happy to facilitate it. It leaves me humble and I am deeply grateful to serve during these powerful times.

What is a Sound Bath?Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are made up of 99.99% pure quartz crystal with differing minerals and gems melted into a bowl-like shape. These Bowls produce a very beautiful, ethereal sound of high frequency energy. These frequencies are so fine that they can permeate every cell of the body bringing emotional, mental and physical relief while entraining the brain into a meditative state.

A sound bath weaves the harmonics of multiple Crystal Singing Bowls with Energetic Alchemy to assist you into a very deep relaxation and alignment of your whole human system as well as an expansion of a whole new energetic level of yourSelf.

How To Prepare

~ It is best to lie down for the whole experience but not necessary.

~ Each person will have an experience very unique to their Self. This is an Energetic Alignment Session. Some may experience very slight discomfort in their physical bodies as energetic blocks are released…no worries. All you need to do is remember to breathe and let them flow through.. Same thing with mental loops and stressors that have you going round in circles. Just be aware and let the bowls take them away.

~ Some yoga mats will be provided but if you have your own then please bring it.

~ If you get cold easily, then a blanket and pillow is a must. Comfort is highly encouraged!
